What is Ha Tang?
Ha Tang brings customer chat from Zalo, Facebook, TikTok and your website, email, payments and customer data into one place for your team.

Ha Tang is a workspace for Vietnamese businesses that talk to customers online. Messages from Zalo, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, your website and other channels arrive in one shared inbox. From the same place your team sends email, takes bank-transfer payments by VietQR, keeps a customer list and tracks orders.
You use Ha Tang in the browser at app.hatang.dev, and in the Ha Tang apps for iPhone, Android and Mac.
What it is made of
Ha Tang is split into modules. Each business turns on only the ones it needs, and can change its mind at any time.

Each person has their own account and only sees the modules you give them access to (Employees and roles).
A business is your workspace
Everything you set up in Ha Tang belongs to a business: its channels, conversations, customers, products, payments, employees and settings. One account can work at several businesses, for example an agency that runs support for several shops; their data never mixes (Work in several businesses).
