hatang.dev is built by a small product team inside Sota Labs in Hà Nội, with SotaTek's 1,300 engineers around us. We hire slowly and on purpose.
1. Open roles
There are no open roles right now. When one opens it is listed here first and announced to people who wrote to us.
2. What we look for
- Engineers who have run something in production and remember what broke.
- People who write clearly in Vietnamese and English.
- A bias for shipping small and often, with tests.
- Care for the customer on the other end of the API.
