Terms of Service

1. Who we are

hatang.dev is operated by Sota Labs Technology JSC (Công ty Cổ phần Công nghệ Sota Labs), business registration no. 0109975847, CIC Tower, 2 Nguyễn Thị Duệ, Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội, Việt Nam ("Sota Labs", "we"). Contact: [email protected].

2. The service

hatang.dev provides application programming interfaces, SDKs, a dashboard and hosted components for authentication, email delivery, customer support, content, payments and customer relationship management (the "Service"). Features marked as beta or preview may change or be withdrawn without notice.

3. Accounts and teams

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. A team is the billing and data boundary; team owners are responsible for the actions of members and API keys they create. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to open an account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email, to contact people who have not consented to hear from you where consent is required, to distribute malware, to infringe intellectual property, to harass, or to violate any applicable law including the Law on Cybersecurity and Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP of Việt Nam.

We enforce sending quotas, bounce and complaint thresholds and rate limits. Accounts that exceed complaint thresholds or that we reasonably believe are abusive may be suspended without prior notice; we will tell you why and how to appeal.

• Sending domains must be ones you own or are authorised to use.
• Chat widgets may only be installed on sites you control.
• AI features must not be used to generate unlawful, deceptive or harmful content.

5. Your content and data

You retain all rights to the content you send through the Service and to your customers' data. You grant us the licence needed to store, transmit and process it for the purpose of providing the Service. Processing of personal data on your behalf is governed by the Data Processing Agreement.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to send messages and to process your customers' data, including obtaining consents required by Vietnamese law.

6. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in Vietnamese đồng unless otherwise stated, plus usage above plan limits at the published rates. Prices exclude VAT; a compliant e-invoice (hóa đơn điện tử) is issued for every charge. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with 30 days' notice by email.

7. Availability and support

We aim for 99.95% monthly availability of the API and delivery pipeline but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Support is provided by email on all plans, with faster response commitments on paid plans as described on the pricing page.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, SDKs, documentation and branding are owned by Sota Labs or its licensors. Open-source components are licensed under their respective licences. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that are unpaid for more than 30 days. After termination we keep your data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it, except where retention is required by law.

10. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Sota Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Việt Nam. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts in Hà Nội after a good-faith attempt at negotiation. The Vietnamese version of these terms prevails in case of conflict.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email and in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
