1. October 2026

  • New product name: Ha Tang (Hạ Tầng in Vietnamese); the address stays hatang.dev.
  • WhatsApp, Telegram, X, LINE, TikTok and personal Zalo join the shared inbox, each with its official logo.
  • The Mac app on the Mac App Store; the phone and Mac apps redesigned to feel native on each platform.
  • Scheduled messages: write now and the customer receives it at the time you pick, on the web, phone and Mac.
  • Personal canned responses for every agent, created and picked right in the conversation, in the apps too.
  • Send videos from the inbox (up to 25 MB); personal Zalo gets a video with a preview, and iPhone videos are converted to MP4.
  • AI assistant: teach the AI from an agent's reply, the customer's journey before they wrote, and profile links into the business's own tools.
  • Knowledge API: push your documents into the AI assistant's knowledge under your own ids, sync a whole set after each update, and prefer documents in the customer's language.
  • Agent profiles: change your name and photo in the dashboard, phone and Mac apps.
  • Help center at hatang.dev/help and developer hub at hatang.dev/docs, in English and Vietnamese.
  • API: revoking a key takes effect at once, and API key scopes apply to sending and reading email. Node.js SDK 0.4.

2. September 2026

  • Marketing site at hatang.dev; dashboard moves to app.hatang.dev.
  • Chat: Zalo Official Account and Facebook Messenger channels in the shared inbox, with reply-window chips and token refresh.
  • Chat: AI assistant with a per-site knowledge base (FAQ, text, website crawl), hand-off to humans, draft mode and per-team spend caps.
  • Chat: offline visitors continue over email; reply-by-email lands back in the conversation.
  • Email: Amazon SES delivery with automatic identity registration and SNS bounce handling.

3. August 2026

  • Chat product: live-chat widget under 15 KB, shared inbox with assignment, notes, canned replies, tags and file uploads.
  • Hub: one account and team across products, scoped API keys (ht_ prefix, re_ accepted), product-aware webhooks.
  • Email: Domain Connect one-click DNS for Cloudflare and other registrars; Cloudflare API-token setup.

4. July 2026
