- Chat: Zalo Official Account and Facebook Messenger channels in the shared inbox, with reply-window chips and token refresh.
- Chat: AI assistant on Claude with a per-site knowledge base (FAQ, text, website crawl), hand-off to humans, draft mode and per-team spend caps.
- Chat: offline visitors continue over email; reply-by-email lands back in the conversation.
