Business settings hold what describes the business itself: its name, the address used in dashboard links, its logo and the modules that are on. Every employee can open the page; only owners and admins can change it.
Open Settings → Business settings, or click the business menu at the top of the sidebar and choose Business settings. The page has three tabs: General (this article), Notifications, your personal alerts (Your notification settings), and Account, your own sign-in account with Delete account (Leave or delete a business).
Rename the business

- Under Name, type the new Business name.
- Click Rename.
The name changes everywhere at once: the business menu, your employees' dashboards, the Ha Tang apps and the emails Ha Tang sends to your employees, such as invitations. It is not shown to your customers by this setting; what customers see is set per channel (the widget, your Zalo OA and so on).
Change the address
Every dashboard link contains the business's address, for example app.hatang.dev/moc-huong-tea/chat/inbox. A new business gets an address made from its name plus a few random characters.
- Under Address, type the new Address in the dashboard: 3 to 48 characters, using lowercase letters without accents, digits and hyphens.
- Click Change address.
If you see Another business uses that address. or That address is a hatang.dev page; pick another., choose a different address.
Add a logo
- Under Logo, choose an image file and click Upload. Use PNG, JPEG or WebP up to 2 MB; square images look best.
- To remove it, click Remove.
The logo is shown next to the business name in the Ha Tang apps and wherever the business is listed. It is optional.
Change your name and photo
Your name and photo show to teammates, in the inbox, and to customers when a chat header shows agents. They are the same in every business you work at.
- On the web: click your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose My profile (or the Account tab on this page). Click Add photo or Change photo and pick a PNG, JPEG or WebP image: it is cropped square for you. Edit Name and click Save.
- On your phone: open the More tab, tap your name at the top, then Change photo or edit your name.
- On a Mac: open Settings → Account and use Change photo on the Photo row and the Your name field.
Click Remove (or Remove photo) to go back to your initials. If you sign in with Google, GitHub or Apple, that account's photo is used until you change it.
Turn modules on and off
The Modules card lists Customer Support, Email, Payments, Products and CRM, each with a switch. Turning a module on is immediate; turning one off asks for confirmation. Data is never deleted by turning a module off. The details are in Turn modules on and off.
Leave or delete the business
Every employee sees Leave business near the bottom of the page, to stop working at the business; the only owner cannot leave. Owners also see Delete business at the bottom of the page. See Leave or delete a business before you use either.
