Webhook 

The email bounced. data.bounce.type is Permanent (the address is suppressed) or Transient.

Delivered as a signed POST to your endpoint with svix-id, svix-timestamp and svix-signature headers (also sent as webhook-*). Answer with any 2xx within 15 seconds; failures are retried.
