Conversations across every channel, newest activity first. Filter by status, assignee, site, visitor or a search query; page with `after`.

📄️Assign, change status or replace tags

Assigns the conversation, changes its status (`open`, `pending`, `resolved`, `closed`) or replaces its tags.

📄️Timeline (messages and events) of a conversation

The conversation's timeline: messages and events in order of `seq`. Pass `after_seq` to read only what is new; internal notes are included only with `include_private=true`.

📄️Send a message as your team (Idempotency-Key supported)

Posts a message as your team. It is delivered on the conversation's channel (widget, Zalo, Messenger, email…). Send `Idempotency-Key` (used as the message's `client_id`): a retry with the same key returns the first message with `duplicate: true`.
