# What is Ha Tang?

Ha Tang brings customer chat from Zalo, Facebook, TikTok and your website, email, payments and customer data into one place for your team.

Ha Tang is a workspace for Vietnamese businesses that talk to customers online. Messages from Zalo, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, your website and other channels arrive in one shared inbox. From the same place your team sends email, takes bank-transfer payments by VietQR, keeps a customer list and tracks orders.

You use Ha Tang in the browser at [app.hatang.dev](https://app.hatang.dev), and in the Ha Tang apps for iPhone, Android and Mac.

## What it is made of

Ha Tang is split into **modules**. Each business turns on only the ones it needs, and can change its mind at any time.

| **Customer Support** | One inbox for chat on your website, Zalo OA and personal Zalo, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, TikTok, TikTok Shop, WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, X and email. Assign conversations, write internal notes, use canned responses, create tickets, and let an AI assistant answer or draft replies. |
| **Email** | Send email from your own domain: order confirmations from your systems, and newsletters (broadcasts) to your contact lists. |
| **Payments** | VietQR bank transfers straight into your own bank account, matched to orders automatically, with e-invoices. |
| **Products** | A product catalogue and orders. Agents send product cards and payment requests inside a conversation. |
| **CRM** | One profile per customer across every channel, with custom fields, stages and owners, and Zalo ZNS messages. |
