MessageCard class sealed

A rich card carried in MessageDto.metadata (kind + payload).

Every channel degrades to the message text; the SDK renders the card under the bubble. Rendering arrives in 0.2.0 (TODO M2); the parsing lives here so timelines round-trip today.
